Concrete 5 site builds

Hi - I'm looking for someone to quote to do a C5 site build from Illustrator/Photoshop files. The files are professionally put together in layers I just need the CSS and C5 implementation put together. Please give me an idea of time/costs required to do this - I really am doing this to lighten my work load. I am a reasonably experienced C5 user myself.
