Concrete5 Designer and Developer Needed

I would like to build a video game based website that would require both a custom theme design and the development of custom modules / blocks.

Theme Design
I have a PSD design of how the site should look like so I would need help with translating it into HTML and CSS.

Module / Block Development
There are essentially 3 items that would need to be developed:

1. A News Aggregator
2. A Gaming Calendar; and
3. A Review / Rating Script (of local video game retailers)

I have already purchased a very nice php script for the news aggregator fromhttp://www.phprssreader.com that I'd like to use and was wondering if it made sense to integrate it directly to Concrete5 or just link to it from the main Concrete5 install and just tweak the HTML and CSS to make it look seamless.

The Gaming Calendar would need to be a custom development and essentially be a clone of that available onhttp://www.trueachievements.com. While the one on true achievements focuses only on the Xbox 360, this one would need to include the PS3 as well. What this calendar does is to allow users to set up "gaming sessions" on a particular day at a particular time for a particular game that they'd like to play with people, as finding people to play when you want can be difficult.

The review script is a simple script that allows users to rate the various local retailers on 3-4 areas so as to provide a consensus as to which are the preferred places to purchase games.

I would like to know if there are any existing scripts that are similar to any of these that could be re-purposed for this requirement so as not to start from scratch.

Seasoned developers preferred with references.
