1. Create a responsive theme based on existing site design, with a few tweaks. We are open to design suggestions, and leaning towards a 5.7 site.

2. Implement an eCommerce solution that would differentiate customers into two categories upon their log in and react in two different ways. One group would place orders and we would collect payment online, and another group would place orders and NOT pay (we would invoice them directly). If we think this becomes too involved, we will modify it to just be able to receive orders from a select group of customers and NOT collect online payments.

3. We would prefer to work with someone/agency that would be willing to provide support if needed and provides SEO and other services.
