Design help and architecture for setting up a new C5 website that will be really powerful yet easy to administer

Hi there,
I am creating a new website calledhttp://www.greentoucan.com and need to get some help on getting the design done and the pages working well in their layouts so that it looks really good. We also need some help tailoring a blog package like problogs so that it looks really good, which we haven't been able to do easily so far.
If you have got lots of cool design experience in concrete 5 experience and can set up some template stacks etc to help us and configure the functionality and add ons to really drive this site forwards as a membership website, it would be good to do some project work with you.
The first job will be the design of the site and the integration of problogs or something else in a way that looks really good and meets a clean, transparent, honest, stratight talking, environmental people-centric, professional brand. We want to release news articles, blog stories and opinions, publicise membership promotions and meetings, advertise events and provide a range of free and paid downloads.
The first thing I think is getting the design right, this is what I'd like you to quote for and also, please let me know when you can start and finish the job and the level and examples of your technical experience and work.
