I am having a problem uploading multiple images/files

Here is what is going on. When I click on the link to upload multiple it opens the Add Files dialog window. What is happening is that the link to simply add files is not showing up.

I first thought that it was some of the custom features that I designed into my theme but even after testing this theory out using one of the default themes.

I am still using version 5.4.2.2 but I have my reasons for doing that.

You are more than likely missing allowed file types. Go to your dashboard, system & settings, and in permissions and access click allowed file types.

Copy this in to the empty box

flv, jpg, gif, jpeg, ico, docx, xla, png, psd, swf, doc, txt, xls, xlsx, csv, pdf, tiff, rtf, m4a, mov, wmv, mpeg, mpg, wav, avi, m4v, mp4, mp3, qt, ppt, pptx, kml, xml

I'm not missing the allow file type. This is what I'm talking about.
The link to just start adding file for multiple uploads is just not showing up.

Attached is a image of what I'm talking about.

Make sure you haven't somewhere along the line changed permissions on the file manager. Go to dashboard, system and settings, and than under permissions and access click file manager permissions. Check to make sure that admins have add files as yes.

Also this may help,https://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-5-1/document-library-upl...

That's from 5.5.1 but should be the same for 5.4.

OK I caved in even after updating to the latest version of C5 when I try to use the Upload Multiple. The link to Add Files still is not showing up.

I can only assume its an issue with your browser as the multiple uploads add files button is coming up for me on your site. Attached is the screenshot. Try clearing the browser cache and hopefully it all works out. (had to post to get the screenshot to you)

Them browser FireFox is burning me. I develop website using FireBug and test in other browsers. I clear the browser cache and see what happens.

Thanks and thanks for the kind words about the site design.

Yeah it looks great you may want to package up the expanding content and throw it in mp as an add-on. I used firefox while taking the screenshot so it must be the browser addons.
