Identify closest location to zip code

Hello all,
I've got a project that's I'm using the add-on "Extended Google Maps". This is working great, but may not be the best solution for what I need it to be, as it doesn't ask for zip codes. I'm open to other add-ons that may work better with this, so feel free to include that info.
Basically, I've got a page that—using the Extended Google Maps add-on—displays a map of the U.S. with several locations on it, which are testing centers.
I need to bolster it with a search box at the top that allows the user to enter their zip code. Upon entry, the search returns a result of which testing location is closest to them, along w/ the facilities address, phone, and "Get Directions to here" functionality.
Bonus if it could make the info popup for the closest location on the Extended Google Maps add-on display as well. Not sure if that's possible, just let me know. As long as it can show the contact info and get directions listed above, that will work.
We can utilize a file that lists all the locations and their contact info, etc, that this could use to review and return results from.

This could also lead to a steady stream of jobs in the future, based upon how this one goes.
