Implement Mega Menu from one Theme Into a Different Theme

Hello Community,

I'm interested in implementing the Mega Menu used on the 'Pixel 2' Theme on this page:http://pixel.killerwhalesoft.com/...

If you hover over "Blocks" in the primary nav menu, the Mega menu will trigger. I'd like to have that menu built into the Triada theme shown here:http://foxexpert.com/triada/

Please contact me to discuss options and cost. Thanks!

Does this work? Probably worth $15 to find out.

Hey M,

Thanks for sharing. I have seen and used that menu before. Overall, I does work, I just thought the one included with the Pixel theme is a little slicker. I'd definitely like to explore the possibility of implementing that specific mega menu.

Features that are part of a theme are often implemented with just that theme in mind rather than general purpose use. For example, essential css or js may be consolidated with the theme css and js. Hence when you use the menu outside of the theme, it may be that the menu is missing essential parts.

You will also need a license for the theme, even if you only use the menu.

If this is a new site, it may make more sense to start with the theme and menu, then modify the theme for the design/look you want.
