Looking for Freelancers for on-going overflow

Hey there,
We're looking for someone deeply familiar with Concrete5, at least on the front-end level. We have a little overflow right now that I'd love to be able to send to you as needed. This may be ~5 hours of work a week, just depends.
Required:
* Bootstrap familiarity
* Concrete5 5.7 theming experience
* Git/BitBucket familiarity
* HTML/CSS is a given
* Can build basic blocks with no problems
* Responsive Web Design experience
* Javascript/jQuery experience
Nice-to-haves:
* C5 Framework/PHP knowledge
