Looking to hire someone for various website changes

My company, Charge Bliss (www.chargebliss.com), is looking to make some changes to our website. The first project is to replace the top slider on our homepage. I want to add something like the "Elastic Slider" in the "Add-ons." I want the ability to change the pics & text in the slider as well as add links to the pics. I will need to have the ability to change all of these things at anytime.
Our other projects will follow after this initial project. We have some images that our graphic artist created that we want to be turned into interactive/responsive graphics.
