Need Developer to fix File Manager "multiple uploads" function

Hi,
Due to very sad circumstances we've lost our very good Concrete5 developer. Looking for someone to perform a fix for us. Our File Manager is not allowing us to upload multiple files. Most recently, I attempted to upload 4 png files that are around 25kb each, and once I selected them to upload, it gave me an error message that it can not upload files with 0 bytes. I've included a screenshot of the issue.
Our website is using Concrete5 version 5.6.4.0

We're looking for a developer who is very communicative and prefer someone who works in the states.
