Need features added to Advanced Forms block

Hi, we have a client who needs a number of additional features added to their Advanced Forms block. If any of the requests are currently not a part of the Advanced Forms block, we'd like an estimate for how much it would cost to develop them. Below are the features they'd like to have:

1. After a form has been submitted, they want the user to be able review the details of the submission they just made and be able to click a print button, allowing them to easily print the details of their form submission so they can save them for their records. I realize this can be done by emailing them a confirmation email with the contents of their form submission (by installing the Data Display block), but they also want to be able to do it this way as well.

2. For one of our forms, we need the email sent to the form recipient (our client) to be cleaned up a little. The form itself has a large number of checkboxes - probably over 100. A typical user would only check 1-3 boxes but the email that is sent to the client shows many blank lines, each represented by the checkboxes they didn't select I'm guessing. We need those empty checkboxes to not show up on the email because they are creating large gaps of white space in between the checkbox data they did select, which makes it really hard to read.

3. We also need to have a dynamic subject line where the client could set part of the subject line based on the user's content - their email address. The other part of the subject line would be the name of the form or whatever else they want to put in there. For example, it would look something like: "Name of form submission from: user email"

4. For one of their other forms, they would like the font size in the email they get from form submissions to be reduced. The reason is because the form data fields barely extend to a second page causing them to use up twice as much paper.

Please let me know if any of this is doable with the current Advanced Forms block. If not, we'd really appreciate an estimate.

Thanks.

I posted in the question and discussion section of that block but thought I'd give other developers a chance to bid too if they want
