I would like to build a website that creates instant voicemail scripts based on a few questions that the user answers. (see example below)

I need to know what the best way is to accomplish this. I am not a coder, however, ultimately, it;s important that I can easily log into the backend and update the text for this site on a regular basis.

I want to build a website that automatically creates a voice mail script for clients based on a few questions they answer.

_Example_
Questions:
1. What is your company name? Answer = Coca Cola
2. What are your hours of operation? Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
3. What is your website address:http://www.cocacola.com

Then, the website would create a voice mail that the client can print out or which can be sent to them via e-mail.

Thank you for calling Coca Cola.
Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Please leave a message at the tone. For more information about our
company, visithttp://www.cocacola.com. Thank you for calling and have a great day.

The database would have to be able to expand and grow to incorporate many types of scripts.

Would love to hear from anyone out there with some great ideas on the most elegant way to accomplish this.
