Need to take a site Responsive

We are looking for a experienced Concrete 5 developer to take a Concrete 5 website (version 5.6.2.1) and make it responsive. The website, "searchbreckenridgelistings.com" is currently using standard editable regions and the Layout tool to create various columns. Just for clarification, you are talking about a fully responsive re-build by Dec 20th, 10 days from now?
Basically how we have done this in the past is to create a responsive template within the current theme. This template would have multiple layout options and then we would place the current content into the new template. Hope that makes sense.
