Hi, we are nonprofit university looking for a local (Los Angeles, CA) Concrete5 web developer to help optimize our website. Check out the current website: http://www.ciam.edu

Here are some details about the site:
- The website uses a custom built theme, single theme for both desktop and mobile
- Currently running 8.1.0
- Hosted on Godaddy (Prime Business Hosting, dedicated resources)

Here are some of the things we need for this optimization project:
- Reduce load time to under 5 seconds (best if we can get it under 3 seconds)
- Implement AMP Coding & Optimize for mobile users, design custome theme if needed
- Auto regenerate image/video XML sitemaps on media upload
- Persistent & sticky Call To Action (CTA), "Request for More Info" on both desktop and mobile (example: sticky menu on the homepage of redlands.edu )
- A better, more advanced contact form
