I need an addon for Concrete5 which allows members of one group (branch officers) to be able to simply email members of another group (their branch members) from a (branch officers) page protected by C5 group permissions, so that only the (branch officers) group can access this group email sending feature. It can be pretty simple interface subject line and body text boxes, and possibly a history of emails already sent (maybe with sending date and sender name listed next to each sent email).

Probably a preview page would be useful but not essential, so that the (branch officer) group can preview their email (and go back to edit if there are mistakes) before pressing the final send button to send the email to their (branch members) group. Being able to attach a file to an email may be useful also.
