PSD to Responsive C5 website

I will supply PSD mock ups for various page types, and I will need my design implemented into a functioning responsive website in Concrete5.

I will provide examples of the functionality that I want, and I would ask you to incorporate that.

It is important that the site uses progressive enhancement, and has fallbacks for old browsers.
