Seeking developer to maintain and edit our web site.

We're looking for a long term relationship with a Concrete5 developer to assist with the maintenance of our web site athttp://www.isbld.com. As you can see, when you go there, the main image is broken. Our developer who constructed the site is no where to be found. The site was developed in 2015 and it's likely that security updates might be needed.
It's hosted with BlueHost on a cPanel setup.

We took a quick look at your site using developer tools and saw the reason your site is not loading correctly is the bootstrap.js file seems to be missing or the path is incorrect.
