Site running courses requires e-commerce + booking system

Hi
Looking for someone to put together a e-commerce/booking system to enable people to book onto a course for a health retreat in Spain, the functionality would require:
Take a deposit and make a payment. Ideally there should be a countdown as there is a limit to the amount of people on the course.
There will be different prices for different accommodation and there will be some attributes required for sharing rooms.
There would need to be some ancillary information prior to booking a course
Setting up shopping cart and payment gateways
Then there will need to be e-commerce for the payment and the whole thing would need to be responsive.
Please reply if you have done something of this nature together with a rough cost. The site is existing so it will be modifications to an existing C5 site. Please send any examples of work that you have done.
