Transitioning site over to C5 with customized theme

I have a web site that I hand coding that I intend to transition to Concrete5. I had a developer that tried to build out a template based on my look and feel that did not go over very well. Specifically, I was unable to edit the templates using the admin area, and various editing functions were inoperative. I am looking for USA based developer willing to take on fixing up the system, or start over.
You can either try and salvage what has already been done, or start over. This is not a difficult project.
