I am looking for a front-end developer that can build a C5 website from a provided PSD. The website needs to be fully responsive and be developed using Bootstrap 3. (Full cross browser compatible and adhere to the latest compliance).

The website will be built on our servers, we will provide complete DB access and ftp access to build the site.

The websites are basic brochure websites, and we are looking to form a partnership with the right developer as we have quite a few projects available.
