Update to website

I cuurently have a website which was originally done by a family member who used concrete 5.
The website needs updating and i am looking for some to do those changes for me. Preferably someone experienced in concrete 5 and based in Sydney Australia.

Thanks for getting back to me. You have been the 1st to contact me from Sydney.
My domain had actually expired but I have fixed that this morning.
If you have a look at the home page you will see like a scrolling bar with info and the background has bricks on it, I hate it, and that’s what I want to change.
There are a couple of changes to wording but I can do that myself and I want to insert a packages page but just haven’t got around to putting together packages.
Could you let me know what it would cost to fix the home page please.
