Build Web Site for Hosting Provider (HTML Provided)

Require someone with strong skills in Concrete 5 CMS (www.concrete5.org).
Please be ready to provide examples.
Build a Web hosting website using existing HTML provided; you will have to insert the HTML/CSS of pages provided into Concrete 5. You may have to design / re-design a few pages, as required to complete our website with our product offering. Developer will be responsible for any changes to the pages; including the text content and/or addition / removal/ creation of new banners or changes to existing banners as required by us for our site. Content will be provided. Contractor need to have experience with WHMCS Billing software and is required to configure it fully for our site(all aspects of WHMCS) some things I’m just mentioning but not limited to Configuring Products, Link Content to Products, installing and configuring add-on modules for WHMCS which are required for our site functionality, fraud checking, and configuring our payment gateways.
