Adding page error

I am trying to add a page but get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function iconv_get_encoding() in /home/lawyers/public_html/concrete5/web/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/Zend/Locale/Format.php on line 806

Any ideas please?

Using Concrete5.6.4.0 (legacy version)

SOLVED.

I switched on int in the php settings!
