Can not edit Page Type Defaults

Hello
I have a page type where I need to edit the defaults. I have been able to do this without an issue in the past, now it redirects me to the homepage. I am able to edit multiple other page types, just not this single one.
Has anyone seen this issue before? I'm running 5.6.4.0
