Forgot Your Password not working

The forgot your password says it works at the top but I never receive any email from the system. Any suggestion on what this my be and how I can fix?

You can check the Logs table through phpMyAdmin and see if the record of the email was created. If it was you will need to talk to your host and see if the email was sent out from their server.

It could also have landed in the spam folder, so that's something important to check.

It is going into the Log folder and not in my spam so it is a server issue then?

No, all emails that are sent by Concrete5 are logged in the Log table of the database, you can look there to make sure that Concrete5 generated the email and to what address it was supposed to go.
