lost login information

Inherited this site using ver 5.5.2.1.
Admin lost password function returning email address not valid.
Logs do not show any email sent to entry since 2015
Address shown then is invalid
Please help as I have never used concrete 5 before

Go to the 'Users' table and find the email address of the admin (user id=1)...
Use that email address in the forgotten password utility...
Go to the 'Logs' table in the database and find the last entry, find the url to the change password and copy that into the browser to set a new password.
Log in...
