Support language option suggestion for marketplace

We have a suggestions to add language field to the marketplace for support.
What kind of the language the add-on and theme developer can speak... so they can provide the support rather than English (or maybe.. some don't speak in English well, so they may want to provide the support for non-English languages).

Not that it's a bad idea, but interestingly, out of 40,000 downloads between my themes/addons, no one has attempted to speak another language besides english with me.
I do wonder if it's because they assume I only speak english or what.
