Unsupported add-ons: isitvivid

I purchased "sermon series" add on for $15. It looked like an OK product. I'm rebuilding church website, so it seemed to fit my need.
However, it's not functioning as promised and after no support responses from the company or the staff/designers listed, I'm wanting to get a refund.

Have you found other add-on in the market place that are unusable, but they still took your money?

A while back there was an author who vanished and left everyone hanging, but eventually c5 staff refunded the customers. Personally, for sermons on a church site I built, I organize the services using sub pages from a main sermon page, then I embedded each sermon on its own page type using my https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/simple-audio-player/...

Any suggestions for how to get a hold of a real C5 person? I need someone or a video to walk me through just the refund process described on

I just don't see where I'm suppose to start a ticket and all that.

Hello,
Contact Franz, he's the boss around here.

Tell him what's happening. Give him all the relevant details like a link to the exact package you bought. If the developer is not responding he's the man to talk to about a refund.

You can contact him by private message through his public profile:https://www.concrete5.org/profile/-/view/6/...

Give him a few days to answer, he's extremely busy.

I had no idea that link existed, this is awesome. I have to stop sending people to Franz for that or he's going to hate me :)
