What I'd like to know is how to add a market place item at all. For some reason I can not find the way to do it... I'm building a 5.7 addon, and would love to know how to submit it! :)

On the new 5.7 marketplace item pages, is there no longer a download link for the free items?

There isn't at this point, is there a specific reason why you would use that download link without clicking the "buy" button?

We'll add it back in.

If you are creating a new addon or theme for the marketplace, you can choose whether it will be for 5.6.3.2 or older, OR if it will be compatible with 5.7 and newer.

As 5.7 is the future, I would recommend the latter.

At the time of this post, there is no full documentation on 5.7 yet, but I believe it will be available very soon (I'm sure they'll post something in the blog).

If you have some existing items, you may want to just create a new version exclusively for the 5.7 marketplace - in which case you would have to make a new submission.
