Well, before we get into a flame-post, please remember you are here on a free opensource cms, and the prb is handled by benevolent devs who are willing to do this in they’re free time.

Dear All PRB Members,

I am writing to express my sincere apologies for my insensitive words.

After study review process and your efforts, i very quickly realised that I was very wrong to find fault with PRB system but it is very perfect….

I would appreciate the opportunity to put right my wrongs and prove to you that I have learned from my mistake.

We are far from being perfect indeed, (who is anyway?), but truth been said, we are all benevolent, and are quite short handed at this time of the year.

Now, don't worry, you not the first to complain about us sometimes being slow, but for that matters you probably won't be the last, and we still treat everybody equally regardless of such comments.

We will work on your submissions just like everybody else, just be patient a bit, and everything will go the right way :)
