After Updating Concrete5 my page is gray

I used the theme slate and customized the colors. It worked, but after the update to the latest concrete5 version the page is grey-black.
In the customize section to the theme the old colors are still present.
Tried switch to an other theme (was colored) and back still gray.
Tried set new colors -> no effect.
What can I do???
