Attempting to install a theme

I bought a theme and not cannot install it. I cannot connect my site to the projects page (though I have been using c5 for over a year for this site with no problems and used multiple themes and add on's). It does not seem to be uploading correctly. I have tried manually unzipping the file, and uploading-still nothing, most of the feedback for the theme (silence) are positive. I have also emailed the developer. I have named my site, as required for 5.5. and I am still getting an error message when I try to connect. My cache is cleared. I have tried starting a new account to link the site. I even added my site to the showcase site, for some reason hoping that would help. How can I either connect my site to the projects page to install (yes I have tried following selecting the extend c5 community link on my dashboard). Or correctly download and load the file to my site? I am not a wiz by any means, but I have never had this problem before. I am getting a little desperate, I have a release deadline coming up and don't want to proceed with out changing the theme...

Use this guide to get re connected to the community.

I followed the steps in the guide. Nothing has changed. My site dashboard still says that I am connected to the C5 community, and when I lo in and try to access my project, it says that I do not have any sites connected to the c5 community. Is it possible there is somehow an additional user name and login connected to my site that I don't know about? It may just be time to ask for a refund.

Deleting the marketplace tokens is all that should be required to re-connect to the community. Are you sure that you got both tokens ? and are you sure you were in the right database ? and yes if you have a second account than it's of course possible that you connected with it.
