Cant remove stuff from old theme

Hello, I installed a theme A, switched to theme B and uninstalled theme A. Now blocks and Page-Types and Designs from theme A are still there, and its hard to decide which are the correct blocks / designs (the ones from theme A dont work properly) How do I remove the stuff from theme A totally ?
