Clearly have them in my cart, no way to move them?

I have the theme Stucco in my cart. But going back and forth and bringing several different browsers into the game to rule out it being a browser issue has done absolutely nothing.

I did have it installed and active earlier yesterday, as a matter of fact, but now it's completely vanished, and the only thing I did in regard to that was close my computer and go to bed before I threw it through the window, because those "helpful" pop-ups will not only close (again, tried those in other browsers, same issue, I cannot make them close and go away) but they prevent me from inputting information. In this case, from saving the change to Stucco.

And now Stucco's gone and I can't get it back on my site. I'm no idiot with computers and web work by a long shot, but I'm tired, frustrated, and have had 3 friends die in 3 days and my bag of certain things is very empty. I just. Want. The theme. So I can at least pretend to go with my life. What's happening and what do I have to do to show you what's mucking up?

I asked about a problem with the lowercase database issue and trying to perform an admin function on something else and hitting a problem because the needed file didn't exist, but I wasn't sure what all I needed to make the file, and the answer I got was in summary "oh yeah, lowercase is bad, lawl" and nothing more. seriously wtf. this cms looks gorgeous, and i want to use and tell people about it but wtf. how do I kill the concrete version of that Microsoft Word paperclip, for starters?

Have you attempted to manually install the theme? I know it is a basic question but it was not addressed in your post. I have been having problems with my site pulling licenses from the community and auto-installing lately, I don't know if it is a Concrete issue or a site issue, I am looking into that. In the mean time, I would suggest manually installing the theme. If you got it from the community page, you should be able to go to your Pages and Themes section in your dashboard, then check to see if it is available to install. If it is, just simply click install, and you should have access to it. If it does not, there is a helpful guide already made:http://www.webhostinghub.com/help/learn/concrete5/themes/install-a-...

I hope this helps, if not, give us an update with your concrete version and any other information you think might pertain to this.

Ayup. That was the first thing I tried, in fact. I'm sorry that slipped my mind. It's such an automatic "If this doesn't do its thing with its handy dandy automatic thing, do it yourself" reaction to anything regarding website building reaction... Like you said, it's a basic question. It's kinda like asking me "Have you tried inhaling air?" :)

There's other issues I've run into, before and since, and a darling person PM'd me offering aid around the time this was originally posted. I made two brief (~ 2 min each) screen capture videos of the issues and explained what was being shown, to put people more or less as directly in my seat as possible to see what I'm seeing and the walls I'm Wil E. Coyote'ing into. Here's a copypasta of the video URLs and the explanations of what's happening that I said in the PM:

You'll see what I mean, I click on 'ok' for the tooltip or whatever the blue guide window is, even hide all, and they never disappear. It's not a browser error; I've replicated it in Chrome and Edge as well (and I have zero add-ons in Edge. I have Opera downloaded but never got around to installing it because I was never at my computer when it would flit through my swiss-cheese memory (unfortunately, caused by chemo, not by anything as epic as quantum leaping) but I could try that if nothing else.

And the user permissions database error. (originally queried about here:https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/5-7-discussion/1146-table... ) You can probably figure out what I'm running into, at least, by seeing what I'm clicking on. And yeah, the whole database is in lower case and I understand it's not supposed to be, and I was trying to find out what data I need in order to make the missing table since obviously Concrete isn't making it itself, and I can make it with proper caps, but I wasn't getting that information from anyone and couldn't save a file for the table as a result. And there's a file with allllmost the same name I need, but it has 'custom' at the end, and I debated trying to edit that to delete 'custom' but I have no idea what I might hopelessly bork in the process.

The new happy fun error I discovered, well, watch the magic happen as I try to make a stack. I have a free version of TinyTake so I can't type on the screengrab, but I bop my cursor back and forth a few times between the stack button and the lower left status bar. It reads as javascript void () when I mouseover the stack button, and while Javascript is not a beast I've ever had the spine to face, I've come to equate that 'void' to mean the link isn't functional. AMIRITE?

These could be truly fun problems to wrassle with... but at the moment, it's like trying to play Bluebird's Illusion without knowing a single word of Chinese, not having any sort of translation into a language you do speak, and certainly not a very in-depth player's guide posted on MidnightBanshee's LiveJournal after they played through the game and all the various endings. ... if you were in the FMA fandom in the early 2000s, that would make a LOT more sense than it probably did. In other words, I would love to work on these problems but I have no tools and no clue, and virtual software cannot be fixed the way things are fixed on a Russian space station, even if "American components, Russian Components, all made in Taiwan!" could fit here too.

Here's the second video. This is the problem I was bitching about. Keep in mind, I had managed to successfully go through all these steps to get Stucco to appear under Pages and Themes as an option to activate for the site. However, when I tried to save it, I couldn't, because of that blue box. I tried resizing my browser window, etc, but the box kept floating to stay in that location, and so did the rest of the page in relation, so the buttons were always under it. When I went back to try a trick (that didn't work and I can't remember what the genius idea was now) to make the blue box go away, Stucco was gone, completely. I went back through the cart process (because if you'll notice, when I try to add it through the site control panel, I click and click and click and nothing.) You'll see that everything seems to be on the up and up, but what the CMS has here is a failure to communicate.

Hope these clarify what's driving me up the wall.
