Default Theme Issues

I just downloaded and locally installed the latest version (5.6.0.2) of C5 and when I try and load the default themes such as Plain Yogurt and Dark Chocolate, they do not display correctly and there are no images loaded. The nav goes missing as well. Can anyone shed some light on this. See the attached image below.

Thanks!

Can you tell us what steps you took to manually install the update?

Hello

I had the site developed a month ago - the site used the lucid theme and then all of a sudden it is down saying coming soon - very unexpected. I logged into the site and noticed in my sitemap that it said coming soon. I did not add this page nor did any admins... I noticed in a log that an error message kept sayingwww.www.seamarinecom.com/web/content/packages/lucid/themes/luciddefa... not found.

I have not been able to have contact with the web dev. I did go up and purchase a new lucid theme. I went into projects > selected the license under the seamarine name and clicked associate and it is not showing up

Wishing your Business much success,

marketingsense, I'm sorry for your issue, but please start your own thread next time since your issue is different than mine.

mhawke, I installed the latest xampp locally and then downloaded the latest version of C5 and followed basic instructions for setup. The greek yogurt theme works fine but the plain yogurt and dark chocolate have some issues.

These are the basic steps I took for a local install.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I seem to have bitten off more than I can chew at the moment.

Without access to your site, it's tough to say what's wrong. Try putting the mis-behaving page into edit mode and editing the AutoNav block at the top. Choosing 'Custom Template' and the 'Header Menu'.

See if that puts things back in order.

I've just replicated this 2 different times now with complete new full installs. Something is odd. If this is happening to me, I'm sure it's happening to others. I'm not sure what else to do. I don't exactly need those templates, but I was hoping to at least build off a functional version of dark chocolate.

This is what it looks like in edit mode. The title block seems to be the problem, but none of the other images get added in as well which is odd. I'll try and remove the title block from the layout and see if this corrects things.

I just set up an 'Instant Setup' website on concrete5.org and switched the theme to 'Dark Chocolate' and the same problem appears so it's a problem with the theme not your installation.

Gotcha .. thanks for the update.

Just another update though, I added a dark chocolate theme from an older concrete5 install I did a while back and it still is having the same issues .. so maybe the theme isn't referencing some things right or maybe things got renamed or changed with the update?

Or... Dark Chocolate has been having problems for a while now. Searching the forums for "chocolate" brings up several concerns over the past while.
