Hello,
I'm looking for some help in changing a small aspect of our theme. The man who built our website has left the company on bad terms and has taken with him all knowledge on how our website was built!
As far as i can tell he has created a theme from scratch which includes our email address and phone number at the top of the page. I am inclined to think this is what he has done as when we log in to edit he page this seems to be in an uneditable area.
I now need to change this email address and i can't work out how to do it.

If anyone thinks they could help can they let me know. If possible in as simple terms as you can please!
