Edits to Themes.... Can They Be Done?

Would like to know if one may edit an applied Theme to a website to adjust maybe some of the colors, etc.? I have applied the Yosemite theme to a website I'm working on and would like to modify a color banner in the header area of the Theme.

I tried to find the Theme on the server and did not even though it's activated and applied to this website.

Any help would be appreciated! tga

Yes, pretty straightforward to edit. The theme is stored in the "Packages" folder of your concrete installation. I've found it to be easiest to download the theme to desktop (easy to download an archive of Yosemite as it is a free theme. You'll be able to open the theme in an editor like gedit or notepad++ to modify color codes in your "main css" - save - and upload just the modified file (it will overwrite the original)
Also... many themes can be edited right from the dashboard of your site but not all themes support this in all areas.

edit: Yosemite also calls up colored image areas (found in "Images" folder) that you can change with image software (photoshop etc)and replace to fit your tastes
