Fix the h1 in my problog post

I am looking for some help on styling my problog post page.
The blog uses an H1, below my page title which also uses an H1 - awkward!
and it's a responsive theme, but PB just wants to bust out all over the page when it's squeezed for a mobile platform.
It's not clear what I need to change. I have read the PB documentation, but the information is not granular enough for my feeble newbie mind.
