Folder and Path Issues

C5 Newbie- looking to install a theme found in the marketplace called "communication". I have a domain set up on my hosting server titled http://www.regularguywriting.com (writers blog) I then added the concrete 5.6 to that folder. Then I took the communication assets and added them to the "outer" themes folder in Concrete5. I then set up a database and now need to configure the two and need to know what pathing I follow to be able to actually activate and install the communication theme.
Have you downloaded the theme through the marketplace yet? If so, go to Dashboard and then Themes. If you have downloaded a theme and associated it with your current project, it should appear in this list. All you have to do is click install and then activate after it has installed.
