Genesis theme image cannot be changed

Always thank you for your help.
I bought a theme called Genesis, but I tried to change the three images in the home background, but the top `` Banner '' can be changed, but the image on the center and footer is the image in any part of the attribute It does not change even if it is set.
The author does not answer.
I want someone who knows me to answer.
Thank you.

The cache is also deleted, but it is in the same state.

Do you also get blue popups when signed in that will not clear?
Is it just the images that will not change?
Do you have a server caching system running in the backend of the server, like Varnish Cache or Cachewall for example?

Thank you very much.
What is a blue popup?
You can log in to the administration screen normally.
Images on the center and footer other than the header banner at home cannot be changed.
The same is true if you replace the files in the original folder and delete the cache.
Images are not changed for Page Thumbnail on pages other than the home page.
Thank you.

Blue Popups

This is sounding more like a server cache running in the backend that is presenting cached files to the browser.
Try clearing the browser cache as well..

Deleted all browser caches but the image on the center and footer is not changed.
Please check.

To check, the website address is needed, what is it?

Does this show as changed when you are logged in as the admin or does it never change?

Also, have you followed the instructions in the Documentation for the Parallax Area (Homepage) - http://genesis.c5box.com/index.php/documentation...

Thank you both for replying.
The "attribute" is like an image.
There are the same items such as banners.
Is it a bug?
The theme was reinstalled but the same.
It does not happen with other themes.

I see you have duplicated attributes for the Genesis theme?
Try this ...
1. Switch your site to another theme (elemental)
2. Uninstall the Genesis theme in the 'Extend Concrete5' page
3 . Go to 'Pages and Themes' > 'Attributes', look in the 'Other' section and if you find any of these attributes delete them,
Page Thumbnail
Banner
Hide Banner
Page Background
Fallback video image
Job Title
Force Android Video BG

Then re-install the Genesis theme and activate it, check to see if your problem has gone away.

Thank you very much.
I improved it by deleting the conflicting theme, but can't I set multiple themes?
I was thinking of installing it and changing the theme.
Is it a bug?
Will it happen on all themes?
What about it?

Thank you very much.
I improved it with one theme, but it is inconvenient when you want to use other theme blocks.

Also, in Genesistete theme home, if you set the "Link" of the image slider to "Other page", you will not be able to select pages by spinning around like an image.

I have cleared the cache using multiple browsers, but it is the same.

Please give us some good advice.
