Greek Yogurt Blog How to Add 'posted by' and the date

I am a complete beginner to concrete5. I am using the blog from the Greek Yogurt Blog but don't know how to add 'Posted by' and the date posted.
Please help!

SimpleBlog and ProBlog do this nicely out of the box.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I will have a look at these but would I lose all my existing blog work if I use one of them?
