Horizontal centering and right cropping on Silence Theme

Hi,
I asked that 2 days ago to support w/ no response and I need to know if I can buy this theme despite this problem :
When resizing the browser, it is very easy to have the right contents cropped. When the browser is reduced enough, the template is displayed in a new width, but again with cropped contents. (see attachment)
This is not happening with another theme frme SebastienJ, "Swosh".
I had a look on website based on the theme and see the same problem.
Any idea ?

I think I found a workaroud, as I'm not receiving answers by the theme author.
Modifying the #silence .container this way :
padding-left : 30px
width : 95%
with the Chrome inspector (like Firebug) solve the centering problem.
So I think I will buy the theme and modify the CSS.
Too bad I didn't received any answer from the author, though.
