How do I connect a purchased theme to a new, different website?

I am having trouble installing a theme that was moved to another website.
I have released the purchased theme from the old website, but don't know how to get the theme connected to the new website.
At the Concrete5.org website, the theme is connected to the correct/new website. However, at the Concrete5 Dashboard of the new website, I am unable to install the theme.
At the Concrete5 Dashboard, the only option I am given is to buy the theme again. I cannot discover the way to pull the purchased theme into the new website.

I tried both of those ways, and the newly purchased theme is not able to be installed on the other website. The new theme is not on the long list of themes in my C5 account, so I cannot "click" the theme to the website. Also, the theme is not at that website "project", so I am not given an option to "click" it onto the website.
I am eager to figure out how to install the theme onto the website. Please help. Thanks very much!!

Hi there, I can help sort this out. What theme are you having trouble with? I see you purchased Axis on 7/6, is that the theme you can't get to install?

Because of the difficulty and time involved in moving a newly purchased theme to another website, I have decided to try to keep the Axis theme at the original website. I am in a hurry to get things done, and must move on with my life.

I don't know how I did it, but I installed the theme. It is there where it should be. Everything is working great. Amazing.
