How to request refund

My company attempted to use Concrete5 with the Pixel 2 theme. Once installed it was unusable and corrupted not once but twice, each time having to restart from scratch. Furthermore, it affected our other PHP database sites forcing us to restore those from the last backup, losing work again. We would like to know who to speak to about a refund.
Thank you.

Your first step is to ask the developer of the theme for help on the theme's help page. You send a request for support and wait for an answer.

Give it a few days, maybe a week. If no answer tell them you want a refund, wait one or 2 more days.

If still no answer, go there and fill the form. That will go directly to the marketplace manager:https://www.concrete5.org/help/legal/refund-policy/escalate-refund/...

You will have to show proof that you actually issue a request for support and/or asked for a refund for that last step so make sure you do it.

Having said so, shahroq has an excellent reputation and I am sure, once you send your request for support, you will get quick resolution of the problem.

Hi,
Please submit your request at the Pixel support section with more details about the issue, and I will help you either fix the issue or get a refund.
