Is a Theme's license tied to a specific URL?

Hi,
I just bought a license to the Fundamental theme. If I develop my site at 'test.example.com/concrete5' (or possibly at 199.99.199.99/concrete5) and then later publish it at 'example.com' and 'www.example.com', will my license remain valid? Is the license only tied to the domain name of the project or also the sub-domain?
In other words, can I change the URL of the project without loosing the licenses of themes and add-ons?
