jb_mobile_app

I am installing the jb_mobile_app onto a mobile. site and was wondering if anyone has experience in the theme. I am a newbie with installing themes and this one seem a bit tricky. I have managed to load everything in the right directory except the controller.php file. As a result I can not add the needed attributes to the pages. Any have luck installing the theme?

Any help would be great.
