Licensed Themes

I do not see previously purchased themes under the "project" page. Are they removed after some time or is there another way to locate them? I am having trouble finding them in the new dashboard as well. Can anyone help?
If you go to your project page and click on the site that you want to
use the theme on, you can then assign the license so it will show up
in your themes available for the site:
