Logo Does not Change on Scrapbook, Please Help.

I've been trying and searching the web for 4 days now and I tried every advice I've found on the concrete websites, but I'm still not able to change to a new logo.
http://www.imachrepair.com

This is what I've tried so far that I thought would work.

1) SCRAPBOOK>GLOBAL>Content: "My_Site_Name">EDIT>ADD IMAGE
The new logo is there, but it doesn't show on the site?

On the top of the the site says "The latest version of concrete5 is 5.5.2.1. You are running 5.4.2.2. Update Now!" Should I update it?

The logo is set in your themes css. You need to change your css to show the new logo. Just go to your themes directory under packages folder.
The path is like:
/packages/cannonf700_innovation/themes/innovation/images/imachlogo.png

you need to change the logo name there with your new one. Also put the logo in the images folder.
/packages/cannonf700_innovation/themes/innovation/images/

Let me know if this is not clear to you.

Hi Rony, Thanks for your help.

I'm familiar with how to access the Themes CSS.
Do I have to use FTP to access the CSS?

I attached a photo of what I see on my dashboard and the tab I click to try and find CSS. Shown by the Black Arrow.

Yeah you are right, you need to access the css through FTP. And the dashboard panel shows the listings of all C5 default themes. It has the option to edit the colors, fonts etc. not the whole css.

What does it mean? You have already have a host & you must aware about your host name.

This is what I see on CUTE FTP. In the red box is what I have to fill in. But what is the host?

Look at my Attached picture.

The FTP username/password is not the same as your C5 dashboard password. You have to create a FTP account on your server. While adding the account, they will provide you Hostname, Username & password. If you are not sure how to add this, contact your hosting provider.

Also let me know which hosting server you are using.

These 2 are the nameservers assigned to your domain name. Its not the hosting company. Who have registered your domain? Ask him to tell you the host name.

Thank for all your HELP Rony!

I'm not sure I'm going to find out in time, because we are in the middle of a company name change and revamp of the website from a different company. But actually I do need to find out so we can use the old domain to redirect customer to the new domain, doh.

I'll have to track down the host. THanks you again Rony!
