(Neat Theme) Page Lists displaying differently on different pages

Hi all,
I'm simply looking to make my new front-page Page List block display horizontally. When I added a new Page List, it displayed vertically, which is not as aesthetically pleasing as the Page List on my Project pages.
If Page Lists are displaying horizontally on my Project pages, there must be something in the Neat theme already available for making new Page Lists horizontal, no?

If you go to Design & Custom Template, click the Gear icon, and look in the Custom Template dropdown it might have one set on the Project pages.
