Need help..can't get developer to respond

Okay I've given up on getting developer support for this problem. I purchased the corporate theme found here.

Their website is down so I can't see the demo and now their email is bouncing too. I really need a list of their icon and codes that is supposed to be found here but of course their website is down:

First where I can I complain about a developer too? Second I tried to find this file somewhere in my directory but I found one small png file with the list of icons but they are all in one png and I have no way of knowing what their codes or names are. Anybody have a suggestion on this?

Re the icons, I think it is using sprite image. Now a days it is popularly used all over the sites to reduce page loading time. I think you should try to find by this "icon-ok" in your css files. I assume they have already defined the css. So just calling that class through an element will show the icons.
